2000-2001-ci illərdə E.Əfəndiyev adina 2 saylı şəhər klinik xəstaxanasında internatura keçmişdir.
2004-2009-cu illərdə Tohoku Universiteti (Sendai,Yaponiya), Tibb Fakültəsini (Daxili Xəstəliklər/Nefrologiya/ Nefrolopatologiya) bitirmişdir.
2004-2009-cu illərdə Tohoku Universiteti (Sendai,Yaponiya) Ali Tibb Məktəbində doktorantura təhsili almışdır.
